William J. Dore', Sr. School of Graduate Studies

The William J. Dore’ School of Graduate Studies and Extended Education works to promote a two-fold mission. Simply stated, the School seeks to (1) offer specialized programs that allow students to expand upon their baccalaureate credentials through its work with graduate studies and (2) coordinate curricula and support services for online programs of study through its extended education initiatives.

The School seeks to foster students’ career advancement opportunities by offering graduate curricula in business, education, engineering, humanities, mathematical and natural sciences, nursing and wellness, and social and behavioral sciences that are designed to meet the needs of 21st Century organizations.

Beyond its curricular focus, the School collaborates with academic departments and other institutional units to design, deliver, and support online programs of study that enable students to pursue their academic goals in alternative formats without the time and place restrictions of traditional “on ground” classes.
